The Choctaw County Community Center is a multipurpose facility that allows citizens of Choctaw County and others to assemble and participate in various civic, cultural and recreational activities.
The Center has:
- 4,750 square feet of assembly space
- total area of 8,800 square feet
- accommodates 300 with banquet style seating
The Community Center is located in Ackerman, right off of Highway 12 and a short distance from downtown Ackerman. The Community Center will accommodate a wide variety of activities and events including meetings, banquets, workshops, seminars, trade shows, receptions, parties, reunions, training, entertainment, and more.
The facility includes an entry/foyer, large ballroom with stage, kitchen, bathrooms and a backstage area. It also includes round and long tables and chairs to use at your event. The kitchen features an ice machine, stove, refrigerator/freezer, upright refrigerator, ample workspace and large sink.
The facility is available for rental by businesses, civic organizations, social clubs, religious organizations, schools organizations, governmental entities, families, and individuals.
